The Project

550 Martha Way is the most feature-complete basement New Edge Renovation has built — a full-floor transformation that checks every box a luxury homeowner could want. Golf simulator. Glass wine cellar. Private cedar sauna. Custom entertainment wall with linear fireplace. Full bath. All of it done with the kind of cohesive design language that makes the space feel like a single, intentional environment rather than a collection of rooms.

The Main Living Space

The first thing you notice walking in is the ceiling: dark-stained wide planks between exposed structural beams running the full length of the space. Below it, wide plank light hardwood floors extend wall to wall. The custom built-in entertainment wall is framed in warm walnut with LED-lit open shelving on both sides, a Samsung Frame TV at center, and a linear electric fireplace at the base — the kind of built-in that looks like it was designed by an architect and built by craftsmen, because it was.

Golf Simulator Wing

Through a dramatic arched doorway, the golf simulator wing opens with a full-projection screen and launch monitor setup — artificial turf platform, ample swing room, and clean sightlines. The arched opening itself is a design statement, framing the simulator like a piece of art when viewed from the main living space.

Glass Wine Cellar

Adjacent to the entertainment wall, a glass-and-steel frame wine cellar stores the collection in full view — the interior lined with herringbone brick for a timeless, classic backdrop. It's both functional storage and a visual centerpiece that anchors the far end of the main room.

Private Sauna + Full Bath
