The Project

4179 Glengary Drive is a luxury basement build centered around the ultimate golf lounge. The space was designed for someone who lives and breathes the game — with dual flat-screen TVs mounted for watching live PGA coverage from every seat at the bar, and a design language that blends natural materials with refined custom millwork.

The Bar

The custom bar features a stone-clad base with a thick dark granite waterfall countertop, providing a bold and tactile surface that anchors the space. Tufted dark leather bar stools line the seating side, while iron-framed floating shelves behind the bar display a curated spirits collection illuminated by warm LED lighting. The coffered wood plank ceiling overhead ties together the natural material story and creates intimate warmth throughout the space.

Golf Lounge

Dual wall-mounted TVs are positioned for perfect sightlines from both the bar stools and the adjacent lounge seating area — streaming live golf or pulling up course management footage from the simulator at any time. The entire space reads as a private members' club, finished to a standard that most venues would envy.
