The Project

3945 Sentry Crossing is a premier luxury basement build that delivers two distinct entertainment destinations under one roof: a professional-grade golf simulator room and a custom billiards lounge with a whiskey bar. Every element was designed and built from scratch by New Edge Renovation with no compromises on materials or execution.

Golf Simulator Room

The golf simulator room features a full-wall impact screen displaying Foresight Sports software, an elevated turf platform with multiple hitting surfaces and putting areas, and a launch monitor system for real-time shot data. Grey vertical slat wall panels line the perimeter, a wall-mounted scoreboard TV tracks stats, and a custom wood storage cabinet with mesh doors houses equipment. This room plays Augusta National — or any of 100+ courses — year-round from your basement.

Billiards Room & Whiskey Bar

The billiards lounge is centered around a custom pool table, and the view from the double-sided fireplace through to the bar is the defining feature of this space. A white brick accent wall with LED-lit oak and mesh-panel bar shelving displays an impressive whiskey collection. Dark cabinetry beneath and poured concrete floors give the room a sophisticated, masculine feel that pairs perfectly with a game of pool and a pour of bourbon.
