The entry corridor sets the tone immediately: dark-stained wood panel wainscoting lines the walls, black steel French doors with glass panels divide the spaces, and a diamond harlequin marble tile floor anchors the design. A wood plank ceiling and recessed lighting complete the luxurious first impression.

The custom bar is built around a showstopping natural limestone arched niche — backlit shelving carved into raw stone, flanked by dark cabinetry and a built-in beverage refrigerator. Tufted cognac leather bar stools line the bar top, which features custom walnut upper cabinetry with black steel pass-through windows and a marble stone countertop with LED under-bar lighting. Polished concrete floors run throughout the main entertaining area.

Down the hall — revealed through a long axis that draws the eye — sits the golf simulator room, finished in sage green painted paneled wainscoting with polished concrete floors, framed golf memorabilia, lounge chairs, and a custom scoring station.
