The Project

128 Olde Heritage is a full multi-room luxury basement transformation that showcases New Edge Renovation's range — from entertaining spaces to private retreats. The centerpiece is a dramatic custom bar framed by a coffered natural wood beam ceiling with dark inset panels, creating immediate visual impact from the moment you descend the stairs.

Custom Bar

The L-shaped bar features a black granite countertop, taupe custom cabinetry with gold pulls, a brick accent wall with mirrored backsplash, and LED-lit floating liquor shelves. Leather bar stools anchor the seating, and large black steel-framed windows flood the space with natural light. The result is a bar that rivals any upscale restaurant or lounge.

Entertainment Room

Adjacent to the bar, the main entertainment room features a full dark navy custom built-in wall with LED-lit display shelves, a linear electric fireplace, and a massive flat-screen TV. Exposed wood beams carry through the ceiling design, while a murphy bed panel adds flexible functionality for overnight guests.

Movie Snack Station

A dedicated snack station near the entertainment zone features an art deco–patterned dark tile backsplash with gold geometric lines, floating LED-lit shelves, a built-in beverage refrigerator, and a popcorn machine — everything needed for a full movie night experience without leaving the basement.

Luxury Bathrooms

The basement includes two full luxury bathrooms — each finished with walnut vanity cabinets, Calacatta marble countertops, gold hardware, frameless glass-enclosed showers with large-format marble tile, and designer lighting. No detail was overlooked.
